So wow, when it arrives in the box. It all seems a bit overwhelming. But its great fun figuring it out. We always wanted to mount it on a board in our hallway. So it took a few days, to figure things out etc. But was well worth, the extra effort. Now its up, we love it. Gives us a great focal point and its a great tool, to help us plan our next travel adventure.
Es sieht gut aus 🤙🏼

The primary material for crafting high-quality wooden world maps is birch plywood. We specifically choose premium-grade 1/2 birch plywood, renowned for its superior durability, uniform texture, and attractive appearance. This type of plywood provides exceptional stability, resisting warping and ensuring long-lasting integrity of every map. Its smooth surface and fine grain make it ideal for precision laser cutting, resulting in clear, detailed, and elegant map designs. By using only the best materials, we ensure each map remains both beautiful and durable for years to come.
We carefully select premium-quality wood oils available in a variety of attractive colors. This specially formulated oil penetrates deeply into the wood, providing excellent protection against moisture, mold, sunlight damage, and cracking. The oil creates a durable protective barrier, ensuring the wooden surface remains smooth, vibrant, and resistant to wear, even under changing environmental conditions. Using premium wood oils helps maintain the pristine appearance and integrity of the wood for many years to come.
Each world map is precisely cut using high-powered laser equipment. The advanced technology ensures exceptionally clean and accurate edges, thanks to the laser's high intensity. As a result, all parts of the map fit together perfectly, creating a seamless and visually striking final piece.
Our world map is painted in a modern loft style, featuring an industrial-inspired mix of neutral and earthy tones. The palette includes light gray, dark gray, black, and deep dark brown — a sleek and sophisticated combination that captures the raw, minimal essence of urban design.
These colors work beautifully in interiors with exposed brick, concrete walls, metal accents, and open spaces, adding depth and character without overwhelming the room.
