WORLDWIDE SHIPPING – 100% TRACKED

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Warsaw, Poland, European Union. Orders are shipped via FedEx or another available tracked courier service, depending on the destination and logistics availability.

Production and estimated delivery times are provided on each product page. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Please carefully review the information below before placing your order. Import rules, duties, taxes, and customs procedures are governed by the laws and regulations of the destination country.

EU countries: No customs duties or import taxes are required for deliveries within the European Union.

USA: All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes for deliveries to the United States are included in the product price. Customers are not required to make any additional customs or tax payments upon delivery.

UK: For orders exceeding the applicable customs threshold, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and/or other charges may be due upon delivery or during customs clearance. Such charges are determined by UK laws and regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Canada: Taxes, duties, and import charges may apply in accordance with Canadian federal and provincial laws. Depending on the province and applicable regulations, such charges may be collected at checkout or upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Other countries: Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may be lawfully imported into the destination country. We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, confiscation, or delivery issues resulting from local import restrictions, customs procedures, or incorrect customs information provided by the customer.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or return of an order caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or the customer’s failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, additional handling fees, and any costs related to reshipment.

LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide all necessary information and evidence required for a courier claim, including photos of the damaged package and products where applicable.

We will assist with the courier claim process where possible. However, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the courier, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the parcel, and the order is returned to us, any refund, if applicable, may be reduced by return shipping costs, customs charges, courier fees, and handling costs incurred by us.
